We had been coordinating with the relevant staff and hadn't received any indication that the program's status had changed. The Prioritization Process Pilot Program was created by Congress through the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) and was a unique opportunity for MAPA to more closely align our planning and prioritization with our DOT partners. Please see the attached letter and documentation requesting a reconsideration of this decision by the US Department of Transportation.
