Accordingly, we will be sending you a sam ple of pond #5 spillway effluent each Tuesday and Thursday afternoon via inter-company mail. We request that you analyze these samples for bac teria count. Results of your tests should be reported to me, with a copy to Hr. Fogel sanger, the Flemington Plant Engineer.
