Inspector observed Calgary Energy, LLC tag the top of the bottom cement plug at 2280 feet below the surface then fill the well with mud to 375 feet below the surface. The
bottom plug was set by Calgary and witnessed by EPA and BIA on 7/30/2024. Calgary
Energy, LLC perforated the casing at 374 and 166 feet below the surface, then
circulated 100 sacks of class A cement to the surface from 375 feet.
