This project will provide for significant gdp job growth while accelerating the health of our water quality and clarity, increase fish and reef habitat for both commercial trade and as a sustainable, renewable natural resource provider, requiring no new laws or additional funds or grants, thus being a part of reducing our nation's debt and for national security. This project has the support of Virginia and US Republican and Democratic Congressmen as well as both US Senators. This will help President Trump's administration considerably. Mr. Pruitt is in an unique position to authorize an action that will forever change the course of an important segment of our US economy while promoting the positive benefits this project brings to our environment.
