The information will be released periodically regarding the status of all formulae in respect to Lead content, heavy netals and Rule 66. The immediate emphasis is on Lead with special emphasis on Kem Lustral since It represente approximately one and one-half million gallons per year. All rexes will be classified into three major divisions in respect to Lead and the presence of heavy metals beyond 0.05% will he noted when present, otherwise it can be assumed that there is compliance in this area. Since we will also be bringing additional formulae into Rule 66 compliance, this data will also be included in these communications. Only 12 formulae are below 0.5% Lead, but all are over 0.06J doe to drier. We intend to reformulate all rexes down to 0.06jt as quickly as possible, the priority between now and July let., will be for those rexes which are presently over 0.5%. 2.
