Blast rotor coating where broken and patch with suitable, compatible plastic material. Reassemble and reinstall in good order. Send two casing halves ashore, sandblast and coat interior surfaces with epoxy phenolic. 124-B * WHEELHOUSE WINDOWS Cancel 124-A due to shipyard safety requirements. CARGO PIPE MODIFICATION Remove the "hold" on all items except the Grade A vent systems installed on nine (9) cargo tables. As before "OBTAIN PERMISSION FROM OWNER'S AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE BEFORE MAKING ANY REMOVALS." Remove other miscellaneous deck equipment as specified by Owner's Port Engineer. 136-A. FIXED TANK CLEANING SYSTEM (NSCC) Provide labor and material to spur into the 5" fire and butterworth pipe line on deck in the vicinity of the swash bulkhead in #3 center tank. From this spur install piping fore and aft with a 5" valve in each line, and run one line through a deck penetration forward of the #3 center swash bulkhead. Penetrate the deck in an approved manner with the other line aft of the #3 center swash bulkhead. install FRP piping - if approved - from these lines to four (4) down washing Butterworth machines on each line generally in accordance with Owner-furnished drawing showing a previous similar installation on another ship. Locate suitable positions in #3 center tank for installation of eight total (four (4) aft of the swash bulkhead and four (4) forward of the swash bulkhead) Owner-furnished Butterworth machines. Accomplish all installations in accordance with all regulatory bodies and Owner's directions. Provide engineering services to produce drawings and obtain approvals from USCG, ABS and Owners as required. After completion of installation, all revisions or modifications are to be obtained and approved in final drawing. 139-A. COLLISION AVOIDANCE SYSTEM (NSCC) Provide labor and material to install an Owner-furnished Sperry collision avoidance system in accordance with vendors installation instructions. Equipment locations to be in accordance with Owner-furnished drawing and Owner representative's instructions. Provide engineering services to develop details, produce drawings and obtain approvals from USCG, ABS and owners as required. After completion of installation all revisions or modifications are to be obtained and approved in final drawing showing actual installations and locations. 141-A. SPEED LOG (NSCC) Provide labor and material to install an Owner-furnished Sperry model 301B-SRD doppler speed log system. Installation to include wiring furnished by the shipyard from the forecastle to the wheelhouse and interconnection and power source for speed log components. Locate speed log equipment as directed by Owner's representative. Provide engineering services to develop details, produce drawings and obtain approvals from USCG, ABS and Owners as required. After completion of installation, all revisions or modifications are to be obtained and approved in final drawing. RADAR - 606 Install vessel furnished Sperry Mark 16 radar unit including scanner and read-out console. Modify scanner platform as necessary to accommodate new scanner. Install all necessary wiring, foundations, etc. as necessary. Provide Sperry service representative to test unit at completion of installation, service rep. to be on Contractor's account. AFTER PEAK TANK HEATING COILS (NSCC) Install heating coil system in the after peak tank in accordance with shipyard drawing. Provide engineering services to develop details, produce drawings and obtain approvals from USCG, ABS and Owners as required.
