It includes all but the severe economic harm section, which we are putting the finishing touches on. The petition lays out the company's legal analysis supporting the agency's use of its waiver authority to relieve PESRM of its 2017 RFS volume obligations and contains background information describing the urgent need for relief and the consequences of not securing it.
