Kell, we remain most interested and have been working diligently in order to identify sites for the program. Very high on our list is a site in Pascagoula, MS which was previously owned by Mississippi Phosphate and currently resides with a court appointed Trustee. The site is, or will be in the USEPA Superfund program. The site has significant value and can become a productive port property serving the gulf coast area and employing many. Next Tuesday, i will be on a call with Helena Healy and her team located at your Headquarters. The goal of the call is to determine the feasibility of taking over operational control of the cleanup while working to develop the site. It: would be difficult: to develop without: control of the cleanup as there are many overlaps.
In addition, with have been in discussions with Shell Global and are working on a package of Superfund Sites that we hope to present soon.
My goal has been to totally vet: an opportunity prior to bringing it to your attention. Should you prefer more regular communications I would be happy to comply by sending monthly updates. Please let me know of your preference.
