The following information was obtained verbally from Adam West unless otherwise noted.
Process Description: Denver Metal Recycling does not accept appliances or vehicles at this location. The facility does accept refrigeration components such as compressors and condensers and vehicle A/C radiators. The policy is that they have always accepted them, and the item must be removed from the appliance and drained of fluid. If the item is not drained of fluid, or not removed from vehicle/appliance, it will not be accepted. There is no separate documentation or verification statement of the refrigeration components, only the general inventory of the facility's yard.
There is a small shredder on site for aluminum.
Staff Interview: The facility receives 70% of it's scrap metal from the general public.

Data Collected and Observations: Inspectors toured the facility and observed the scrap pile. Inspectors observed the pile of compressors in the yard.
