In accordance with the Environmental Control Commission Fee System, enclosed
is a check for $3,710.00 for the annual Air Quality Division compliance
fees for the Conoco Chemical Company's VCM Plant, Westlake, Louisiana.

Also, attached is a copy of the itemized invoice No. A-CD0072. The $3,710.00 fee includes $1,340.00 for the annual vinyl chloride production, $1,970.00
for the annual hydrochloric acid production, $200.00 for the dichloroethane production (per unit), and $200.00 for the operation of the incinerators (per unit).
