On March 18, 2024, the Environmental Protection Agency Region 4 Air Enforcement Branch conducted an inspection of Crockett's Towing facility located in Spring Hill, Florida. We have enclosed the final inspection report generated for this inspection (Enclosure A).
The EPA previously sent Crockett's Towing a copy of the draft inspection report in an email dated May 7, 2024, allowing Crockett's Towing the opportunity to make any comments on the report and to claim any information contained in the report as confidential business information (CBI). In a call on May 14, 2024, Crockett's Towing notified the EPA that the company does not wish to claim any part of the inspection report as CBI.
