Area summaries and excursions for the Bendix System are tabulated in the attached Tables I to IV.
The following summaries are taken from a tabulation of 25% of the data or one set of readings per hour.
The Reactor Building showed 66 excursions y 25 PPM with 34 readings Y 100 PPM.
The Pilot Plant showed 13 excursions Y 25 PPM with 6 readings ~7 100 PPM.
The General Area showed 4 excursions 7 25 PPM with no readings 7 100 PPM.
All readings equal to or greater than 100 PPM are tabulated in Table IV.
Fifty three readings at or above 100 PPM occurred during this report period, reflecting 17 separate incidents. Eleven incidents occurred in the Reactor Building affecting the Center Aisle, Recovery Comp, wall, recovery vacuum seal pump, stairwell, south wall at gelatin, west wall styrene tanks, defoamer tanks, knock pots and slurry transfer pump area. Four incidents occurred in the Pilot Plant Laboratory. The remaining two incidents occurred in the General Area affecting the VCM pumps in the tank farm and the lift station.
