The total cost estimate is based on sixty-one initial clinic visits, twenty-one follow-up clinic visits and an additional estimated ten follow-up visits. As you can see, the cost figure amounts to $7,690.9U vhich is more than the original figure of $U,200.00 submitted to you in January, 1967 (based on initial studies on fifty-two workers). As I mentioned to you over the phone, it would be helpful if this money was paid directly to the Texas Chest Foundation.
