Based on my discussion with Mr. Hefferon of Scolite the mopping of urethane directly to the All Weather Crete is not normal procedure and he did not recommend it. Also, as I outlined in my memorandum of 9/20/76 a vapor, barrier is mandatory over fill type decks when U-Thane 200 is used. It is my recommendation that the roofing system be applied directly to the All Weather Crete with no in-between layer of urethane roof insulation. We should be sure that we obtain a letter from Scolite stating that' the All Weather Crete has been applied in strict accordance with Silbrlco's specifications and that the deck is ready for roofing.
