Toca Attached are area data summaries, summaries of excursions above 1, 5, 25 and 100 ppm VCM and a listing of all excursions ob served at or above 100 ppm VCM. During this report period, points #9 and #20 in the Reactor Building were used to define a capsule clean air source. The Plant has been in operation seven days for this report period running at about 80% utilization. The following summaries are taken from a tabulation of 25% of the data or one set of readings per hour. The Reactor Building showed 520 readings s' 1 ppm, 7 excursions > 25 ppm and no readings >100 ppm. The Pilot Plant showed 203 readings > 1 ppm, 1 excursion > 25 ppm and no readings > 100 ppm. The General Area showed 112 readings >" 1 ppm, 7 excursions > 25 ppm and one reading > 100 ppm. The Lift Station showed 93 readings > 1 ppm, 5 excursions > 25 ppm and one reading > 100 ppm. The Parshall Flume showed 28 readings > 1 ppm and no excursions > 25 ppm. All readings greater than or equal to 100 ppm are tabulated in Table IV. Twelve readings at or above 100 ppm occurred during this report period reflecting eight separate incidents. Five incidents occurred in the Reactor Building affecting the center aisle, panel board, #2 slurry transfer pump, defoamer tanks and the stairwell antiroom.
