Research Proposal from the University of Louisville Covering the Second (1977-78) and Third Yeaxs (1978-79)
Gentlemen:
The Vinyl Chloride Research Coordinators have approved the subject document and recommend that it be sent to the entire Technical Panel.
As may be observed,Dr. Tamburro has submitted the proposals in two parts: Part A, a summary of the research projects, and Part B, a summary of the budgets. In addition, there are appendices of information which the investigators included in an effort to assist in your evaluation of the proposals.
August 31, 1977, is the expiration date of the agreement covering the initial year of research (1976-77). Should you wish that this overall research effort have the optimum degree of continuity (subject, of course, to the approval of the Management Contacts), the enclosed ballot should be completed at the earliest possible time, certainly no later than August 3, 1977.
