Monsanto Company, et a l . . No. 90-16179 - filed February 5, 1992. A copy of that decision is enclosed. This decision has generated more than a little interest among utilities, as you might well imagine. Monsanto and the other defendants (Westinghouse Electric Corporation, General Electric Company) have filed a petition for rehearing and a suggestion that the rehearing be held en banc.
