Hi
,
1
Hope you are well. Please find attached the updated Reg 61 notice guidance ahead of our meeting next week. The feedback and documents you provided have been extremely useful in revising this. Just to note, I have passed on the Air Quality Assessment commissioned by AGC in Jan 2023 to our Air quality and modelling unit for review. Dependent on their assessment, we may revise the requirements for SAA-1000 and 1HPFHx. I welcome any comments and look forward to meeting with you on the 4th. Kind regards,
Environment Agency
