This office does not have on file x-ray interpretations in the above case, which apparently is being paid voluntarily by the Travelers Insurance Company, 105 South fifth Street, [Minneapolis 2, Minnesota. The file would indicate that Dr. L. A. Zaworski, 1259 Second Street N.3., had seen the employee and also Dr. william D. P.emole, 701 Physicians 7 Surgeons Building. The latter doctor's report indi cated that the employee was admitted to St. Mary's Hospital on February 14U>, 1961 and at that time chest x-ray revealed diffused pulmonary infiltration.
