The Curing-Operation

IPush the BIg^__tetten|on panel. (frtduu; ^ Solenoid Valve SV-1 Energised and instrument air by-passos Taylor Timer to
valves below.

kK0 C7-1 Valve = Closes
HO Condensate Valve 1 = Closes
HO Drain Valve 1 = Closes
IIC Vaoutas Valve 1 = Opens
This operation does not energise the timer only the solonoid vulvn {CV-1 )
inside the panel is energized. Thie operation a m only be safely ccr.colcr.
by normally tripping crct the normal override on the valve located 5j: the
pace* (corked SV-l). To attest to reset tho timor through tho use of ''..'yj
jog button inside the timer with instruasirt air on end without the unit ceiej b

Curing

The timer rorAins in the 5load" position indefinitely unless canceled . as
explained above or until the curing cycle starts. Tho Cure Cycle can only
be started after the aluminum stonn chiold is in piano onorgiaing tho 1 micro
switches wired in sorias to the timer ''Start" button and toggle Kiat.ch located
on panel must bo in "Cn" pooition. Tho 4 ndoro switches aro located - ora- on
each side of eab heater. There is no further safety when tho etaora shield is
in place and if the "Start" button is pushed without all the curing cavities
loaded correctly, miring bladders will be ruptured udIbbs toggle switch is
turned "Off" quiakly.
When the cure unit is ooapletely leaded and tbo stoms ohlold lccled in
valve SV-1 la shifted - losing NC Vacansi Valve-1, opening KG Valve C7-I, SO Condensate Valve-1? and NO Drain Valve-1. At this cams instant, ihu first step of the timer la timing cat and the valves are in tho following position: Step l =Jl/2 Min

Tho valves are in the following position: Instrnent Air Qa HO Drain Valve 1 = donee Instrument Air On HO Drain Volvo 2 = dooen Instrument Air On HO Condensate Valve 1 and HO Condensate ~41ve 2 = Operate through ELow-Dcvn Tinnru 1 2 (Aotaally air closes thru blow downs which periodically open cond. valves.) Valve alternates 6 seconds open and 54 3ococds cloned with 1/2* cc-ficod Condensate Valves and alternates 20 seconda open and 40 seconds dosed with 5/16" arfloed Condensate Valves.

has also opened MS-1 micro switch in the timer and intsmqrts the timer
circuit. The timer will not tins out until the "Cool" button is pushed.
At this point, the ours unit should be unloaded.
