The petitioner generally has 60 days from the date of formal dismissal to file a request for reinstatement. I enclose a list of all the other claims against different employers for this death by asbestos exposure which still apparently remain open. It appears that only our case was marked dismissed. By separate cover I will write to Patrick Tallon, who is co-counsel with attorney Thomas Brennan to determine if in fact this was an inadvertent dismissal or intended.
