The site did acknowledge receiving a telephone call that day from the claimant's attorney inquiring about the records- The attorney was advised to contact me. However/ I have not received any telephone calls in reference to the records subpoena. Phyllis Spencer advises that she was contacted by the claimant's attorney who inquired about the claimant's intentions on retirement- Phyllis indicates she advised the attorney that she and Ray McGhee discussed retire ment on several occasions.
