This, of^course, 1$ not new. Apparently^, the railroads are admittedly at fault to a great extent. However, they keep bringing up the subject of loading the block on the floor of the car as being the solution that other manufacturers have adopted. Would you please implement this method for orders to Industrial Insulators, and will Merle Call please report to the plant with a copy to Toledo on the condition of arrival of all cars until further notice.
