A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Lead In dustries Association was held at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel, New York City, on Tuesday, June 5, 1934, at 11 A.M.

Mr. Clinton H. Crane occupied the Chair with a quorum of the Board oresent.
The minutes of the previous meeting were approved.
The Chairman stated that it was in order to elect an Executive Committee which, together with the Division Chairmen would act as industry representatives on the Code Authority for the Lead Industry, and stated that nominations were in order, and asked that careful consideration be given to the nominations made so that when the various division chairmen had been elected and the industry Code Authority representatives thereby selected, the composition of the Code Authority would give adequate rep resentation to all factors in the Industry. Upon requesting nominations, the following names were proposed as members of the Executive Committee:

There being no further nominations, the Secretary was
instructed to cast one ballot for the nominees who were there upon declared elected.

The Chairman stated it was in order to elect of ficers for the ensuing year and the following nominations were made:

President Vice President
Vice President Secretary and Treasurer
There being no further nominations the Secretary was instructed to cast one ballot for the nominees who were thereupon declared elected.
