Attached is the new proposal of changing the AICM structure, hence, the new fee is double from the past: 200K HKD now. 1) Grateful your decision on accepting or rejecting this proposal. 2) Since this membership was actually inherit from Nicholas Ng (CommOp of Greater China); from 2005, we do not have any CommOp role in Greater China, hence, it is given to MACP in Hong Kong. However, from engagement, you will know the AICM activities are basically for China. The annual meetings are also carried out in China. I would propose to pass it back to the MACP in China from 2007 since it has a lot more relevance to China especially China opcos would like to carry out operations in near future.
