j... we went to court, where the Natural Resources Defense Council has filed a lawsuit alleging EPA is violating the Freedom of Information Act for failing to disclose records relating to Administrator Scott Pruitt's plans to have a "red team/blue team" style climate change science debate.
(In personnel news, Clint Woods, executive director of the Association of Air Pollution Control Agencies, will join EPA on Dec. 8 as the deputy assistant administrator in the Office of Air & Radiation (OAR), where he will work with OAR chief William Wehrum on rollbacks of Obama-era climate and air rules.
