Olson, Secretary Vinyl Chloride Safety Association January 31, 1983 TO: MEMBERS OF THE VINYL CHLORIDE SAFETY ASSOCIATION Following are possible topics of interest for the 1983 meeting of the Vinyl Chloride Safety Association to be held on October 20 and 21 in New Orleans, LA. In reviewing several of the surveys taken previously and agendas of past meetings, the true confression of case histories receive the most interest. This is true even when reviewing old case histories. On that basis, I would like to have several presentations on old case histories which contain a valuable learning experience. A discussion should take place on the corrective action taken and the effectiveness of the corrective action. Your input in this survey is needed and your willingness to make a presentation is needed to continue to make the Vinyl Chloride Safety Association an effective organization. Please return your responses by May 31, 1983 to one of the officers. Sincerely, HW/stw H. Waltemate BFGoodrich Chemical Co. 6100 Oak Tree Boulevard Cleveland, Ohio 44131 Telephone: 216/447-6498 H.
