Cornell University School of Hotel Management. At Cornell Mr. Klein earned his Bachelor's degree of Hospitality Administration with a concentration in operations. He served his internship working at Grand Teton Lodge Company during three consecutive summer seasons. Mr. Klein then held senior-level positions for several leading hotels and resorts in Salt Lake City, Utah, Sacramento, California, Santa Fe, New Mexico, and Savannah, Georgia before returning to GTLC in 2004 as the Director of Operations. From 2010 to 2013, Mr. Klein served as the Corporate Director and later Vice President of Operations for Vail Resort's Lodging Division, the parent company of GTLC and FRC. During this time, Mr. Klein supported the company's RockResorts brand of hotel located throughout the United Sates and Caribbean. In this role, Mr. Klein led the division's quality and brand assurance programs as well as supporting sustainable initiatives. Mr. Klein is an active outdoor enthusiast and spends his free time hiking, climbing, fishing and skiing in the Grand Teton National Park, where he lives with his wife Dawn and 8-year old daughter Evelyn. Mr. Klein routinely leads and participates in volunteer activities in the Park and surrounding community and is a former volunteer member of the Teton County Fire Department. BOB MARTIN - is the President and CEO of Thor Industries, Inc. The Elkhart, Indiana-based company builds motorized and towable recreational vehicles under 17 different brand names, including Airstream, Thor Motor Coach, Starcraft, Jayco and Keystone RV. Sales of the company are some $5 billion. Mr. Martin was appointed to his current post in July 2012. He had previously served as Thor's RV Senior Group President. Mr. Martin began his career with Coachmen Industries Inc., rising through a variety of sales and management posts at Coachmen and Thor's Keystone RV Co. subsidiary. He is an Elkhart, Indiana, native and a graduate of Purdue University. He has made repeated appearances on Fortune's list of Businessperson of the Year, ranking #21 in 2016. JAY MCANINCH - is CEO and President of the Archery Trade Association (ATA), where he works to address critical issues and propagate growth opportunities unique to the archery industry. Mr. McAninch has led the association since accepting his position in 2000. During this time, state wildlife agencies have become, and remain, a key ATA ally. Recognizing the revenue stream from the archery industry to support state wildlife agency work -- $55 million in federal excise tax dollars annually -- Mr. McAninch and the ATA are committed to working with state agencies to get archery growth projects off the ground. Under his leadership, ATA member companies have contributed more than $15 million to fund hundreds of archery projects since 2003. Based in Washington, D.C., he has also raised the visibility of archery with Congress, the White House and other national agencies and organizations. He has been recognized for his leadership in the outdoor and conservation community though invitations to the White House and White House Conservation Conferences. Mr. McAninch's work and contributions as a leader in the outdoor community are best measured by his professional awards, including the Association of Fish and Wildlife Agencies' Special Recognition Leadership Award, Muzzy's Tall Man Award, and the Special Congressional Service Citation presented to him by the Congressional Sportsmen's Caucus. Prior to his work with the ATA, Mr. McAninch was the Executive Director of the Congressional Sportsmen's Foundation, and worked previously as a certified wildlife biologist and a wildlife ecologist. He has been awarded over $2.5 million in research grants and contracts for his work with small mammals, deer and hunting and deer management projects, and has authored or co-authored over 300 abstracts and briefs on these topics. A lifelong bowhunter, fisherman and outdoorsman, Mr. McAninch has a Bachelor's degree from Iowa State University, and a Master's degree from Ohio State University, and has completed post-graduate studies at the State University of New York. He has been married for over 40 years to his high school sweetheart Janet. Both are from Red Oak, Iowa; they have a son Ben, a daughter Becky, three grandsons and a granddaughter. MIKE NUSSMAN - is President and CEO of the American Sportfishing Association (ASA), the recreational fishing industry's trade association, based in Alexandria, Virginia. He joined the association as Vice President for Government Affairs in 1993 and took the helm as President and CEO in October 2001. Mr. Nussman brought a strong background in fisheries policy and Congressional relations to the association. He was a driving force for the legislation that established the Recreational Boating & Fishing Foundation (RBFF), which has provided nearly $100 million for a nationwide, collaborative campaign to promote these outdoor pastimes. He has also had a pivotal role in enhancing the association's ability to educate and inform more anglers and outdoor enthusiasts about the issues that impact public resource access and participation in recreational fishing through ASA's national angler advocacy campaign, Keep America Fishing and through Keep Florida Fishing. A native of North Carolina, Mr. Nussman received his Bachelor's degree in Science from North Carolina State University. He also holds a M.S. degree in Zoology and an M.B.A. from the University of South Carolina. MICHAEL REYNOLDS - is the Acting Director of the National Park Service (NPS), where he is responsible for overseeing an agency with more than 22,000 employees, a $3 billion budget, and more than 400 national parks that attract more than 280 million visitors every year who generate $30 billion in economic benefit across the nation. Since August 1 2016, Mr. Reynolds has served as NPS Deputy Director of Operations, where he was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the seven regions and the 413 parks nationwide, as well as program areas in Washington, D.C. These programs serve communities and NPS stakeholders in many facets including: natural, cultural, and recreation resources; facilities, planning, and lands; visitor and resource protection, fire, safety, and interpretation and education programs and partnerships; and community-based programs such as rivers and trails and National Historic Landmarks. He has 30 years of service in the Department of the Interior. Previous positions include: assignments as Associate Director for Workforce, Relevancy, and Inclusion; Regional Director of the Midwest Region; Deputy Regional Director of the Northeast Region; and Superintendent of Fire Island National Seashore. He has also worked at Yosemite National Park, Mojave National Preserve, Cape Cod National Seashore, Curecanti National Recreation Area, and the NPS Denver Service Center. The third generation of his family to work for the NPS, Mr. Reynolds grew up in Yosemite National Park. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and an MBA from Regis University in Denver. He was a Senior Executive Fellow at Harvard University in the spring of 2011. AMY ROBERTS - is the Executive Director of the Outdoor Industry Association (OIA), which is the trade association and voice of the outdoor recreation industry, serving more than 4,000 manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, sales representatives and retailers. OIA is dedicated to ensuring the growth of the outdoor recreation economy through support of America's recreation infrastructure and a business climate conducive to growing outdoor products businesses. Prior to leading OIA, Ms. Roberts was Chief Sustainability and Business Innovation Officer at Mountain Equipment Co-op (MEC), where she led the Canadian outdoor retailer's commitment to business and product sustainability. During her time there, she focused on helping MEC lessen the impact of its operations and products on the environment. Ms. Roberts has a background in government relations, including previous positions as Vice President of Government Affairs at OIA and Director of Government Relations at Micron Technology. She also served as press secretary for Idaho Governor Philip Batt. Ms. Roberts serves on the board of the Outdoor Foundation and previously served as a director of the Sustainable Apparel Coalition.
