Fear* Sirs
.
I have a copy of your letter of M a y 50 addressed to the Medical Lepartment, Ethyl Corporation, 405 Lexington Avenue, New York City, concerning the possibility of poisoning following exposure to concentrated tetraethyl lead fluid. If y o u r exposure has been terminated,it is unlikely that harmful effects will occur, since tetraethyl lead is readily eliminated spontaneously from the body.
I am sure the medical officer in charge is thoroughly familiar with the toxicologic properties of tetraethyl lead and can advise you accordingly.
Very truly yours,
K..Y ^ ' K i t z m i l l e r , M.' D.
