Companies put a tremendous efforts over the spring and summer to retrieve that information and respond. | am however surprised that the non confidential parts of these contributions will not be made publicly available. This seems to go against the transparency principles applicable nowadays to public consultations and since there was a feature allowing confidential business information to be identified, it should be possible to publish the non-confidential part of these contributions. | speak for myself here but think it would be beneficial to everyone for this information to be made publicly available. The Call for Evidence ended successfully at midnight 31 July 2020 with around 560 participants submitting their responses and further information. The contributions will not be made publicly available. Due to this large number of participations and therefore hugh amount of information, publications, statements etc., the assessment of this information by the national REACH competent authorities of Germany, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden and Denmark will take place in the next months. If necessary and applicable the competent authorities will contact you in the follow-up phase (second half of 2020 and/or first half of 2021) with further questions and/or an invitation to stakeholder meetings only if needed. You will be only contacted in the follow-up phase with further questions and/or an invitation for a meeting if indicated by you in the questionnaire. In what timeframe do you think those meeting can start to take place? September?
