This chemical is avai 1abl e for purchase at Home Depot, Lowe's and hardware stores throughout the country in a product used for stripping floors. The product is cal 1ed Goof Off. This 31 year old young manfol1owed safety di rections religiously with mask and venti1ation. It ki11ed him, al1 the same. How is this product available for purchase? where is the EPA?
