Van - Ardmore Mr. Abbey has stated by his memo of May 1st that enough raw material for 100 ton of the subject plaster is to be Btocked at each of the above plants. We have discussed this with Mr. Grieve and he is agreeable to the program. I have accordingly ordered the following materials in quantities that will be approximately enough for the 100 ton of finished product: 1. ASBESTOS has been ordered for all of the plants, except Acme, texaa. We have submitted a sample to the Laboratory of JohnsManvllle Asbestos and if this is approved, we will order a mixed carload of this material and TBF-1 for the Acme plant. * 2. HENT0HITE has been ordered far all plants, except Sigurd. Sigurd now has a sample of clay at the Laboratory for approval from a local source. If this sample is approved, Sigurd may order this direct. 3. ULTRA WET CS has been ordered ttmr all of the plants, except Acme, Texas who already has a supply cn band. 4-. TSTRA SODIUM FYRO PHOSPHATE has been ordered for all of the plants. No material was ordered for Fort Dodge at this time because this was the plant that made the trial run and consequently they have the materials on hand. i Y fv . The multiwall bags for shipment of this plaster should be ordered- With a carload order of bags as instructed in my bulletin of April 29th.
