Flights: Depart US Sunday, June 4th Arrive Rome Monday, June 5th
**The flight that might work well for the whole family is a DL 64 departing ATL on June 4th at 6:48PM and arriving in Rome on June 5th at 10:38AM.
Depart Rome for Bologna on Saturday, June 10th (We will be taking the train here as it is much cheaper than flying.)
Depart Bologna for US Tuesday, June 13th
Arrive US on June 13

Schedule: Monday: rest day Tuesday: Mostly rest day -he will likely have one meeting today. Wednesday: Meetings/speech. Evening will be open for family. They are also looking at

scheduling a Clean Up event with an NGO in Rome called Re-take Rome. This would be an outdoor clean up and would last around an hour. This group has a huge social media following and is really taking the initiative on environmental innovation in Rome. Would be wonderful for you to do as a family. Please let me know if this interests you. Thursday: Meetings and possibly tour of a green sports stadium. Family could probably meet him to take this tour as well. Evening will be free. Friday: Meetings and a tour of Sisteen Chapel. Family can meet him to take this tour. Evening will be free. Saturday: Depart in the morning for Bologna. If family stayed, you could join him in Bologna. Sunday: Closed door meetings all day. Reception in the evening. Monday: Closed door meetings all day. Evening might be open. Tuesday: Depart for US.

We thought about having him travel back to Rome to fly out but the expense incurred to do that would be too high.
Hotel in Rome: They have to book him at a per diem rate so excluding Marriotts, the hotel they will book him in is the Hotel Regina Baglioni which is also a 5 star hotel. There are no two bedroom suites so you would have to secure one additional room for Cade and McKenna.
Hotel in Bologna: Savoia Hotel Regency. You would just need to secure a room for Cade and McKenna

It shouldn't be an issue for you all to ride with him in most instances but I don't believe that they can transport you without him in the car.
The biggest question I need answered is flights. Scott indicated he and McKenna might leave from an airport up here in the NE so would you and Cade meet them out here using miles then you all fly together to Rome or would you and Cade fly completely separately from he and McKenna? How can I help you here?
