DOC* 1996002511 SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED THIS INDENTURE is effective as of the 31st day of December, 1995, between KOCH FUELS, INC., a Delaware corporation, with its principal offices at 4111 East 37th Street North, City of Wichita, County of Sedgwick, State of Kansas ("Grantor'), to KOCH REFINING COMPANY, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, with its principal offices at 4111 East 37th Street North, City of Wichita, County of Sedgwick, State of Kansas ("Grantee").
