I attended a meeting you had this past spring with the group, Sportsmen for the Boundary Waters, which is advocating for protection of the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness in northeastern Minnesota. In fact, I think you might have ran into a couple of the members of this group at DOI last month. We are going to have a group of 10-15 supporters in DC Monday, October 23rd through Thursday, October 26th and a few of them would love to have a meeting with Secretary Zinke. Specifically, Joe Banavige, who worked in both the State Department and Defense during the George W. Bush Administration has been in touch with Scott Hommel requesting a meeting. As of this writing he has not yet heard back pending his request. I have attached Joe's bio here. Wanted to see if you might be able to help assist with this request.
