While this statement does not aeeurarely reflect Information provided at hearings conducted by Senator Kennedy, St nonetheless represents his persona! understanding af the industry's position. If the Association is to counter this position. It must hove accurate information. Admittedly the technical ability of the industry to moot a .06% standard is only one issue in the overall problem. However, the Association must have the Information which I am requesting on the oTteched questionnaire, if we are to properly represent ourselves and the industry in future relations with the U. S. Congress and other legislative bodies.
