You may invoice CMA for : $15,332.00 upon execution of this amendment; $7,125.00 along with the invoice for Reproductive Effects Study Progress Report No. 1 on April 14,1997; and the remaining $7,125.00 along with the invoice for Reproductive Effects Study Progress Report No. 2 on August 31, 1997. All other terms and conditions of Agreement VCHC 10.0-HLS-Repro/Develop remain the same.
