Hi Sydney, I hope your summer has gone well! We had spoken earlier this spring about a letter from Michigan Farm Bureau to Administrator Pruitt and I appreciated your help with that. Would you be willing to lend us your assistance again? MFB President Carl Bednarski would like to invite the Administrator to visit Michigan. We are a key state in a number of issues that are a high priority for the Administrator:
L
Waters of the US - withdrawing the 2015 rule and rewriting a new rule
AOTUS and to Michigan's recent challenges
L
Addressing harmful algae blooms in the Western Lake Erie basin - efforts by
agriculture and the need for support of voluntary conservation efforts rather than further
regulation
ZZZZZZZZ Additionally we have significant concerns about anothei issue EPA has been dealing with m the Courts sunounding the requirement for many livestock farms to report air emission icleases under CFRC1 A and EPCRA and would like the Admimstiatot to have an opportunity to speak with fanners about the topic
There are a number of ways we might be able to arrange a visit. If the Administrator has time this fall, he would have an excellent opportunity to see these issues on the ground and speak with farmers dealing with them every day, as well as being able to visit a local Farm Bureau event. If his availability is instead open later in the year, our annual State Farm Bureau meeting hosts more than 1000 visitors and provides opportunities for both small round-table discussions and larger session or banquet speaking opportunities. Could you look at the Administrator's schedule to see if he might be available for a visit on any of the following dates?
Z
Sep. 12: farm visits and Kent County Farm Bureau Annual meeting
Z
Sep. 19: farm visits and Cass County Farm Bureau Annual meeting
ZZZZZZZZ Sep. 21: farm visits and Ottawa County Farm Bureau Annual meeting

L
Oct. 17: farm visits and St. Joseph County Fann Bureau Annual meeting
n Nov. 2: farm visits and Berrien County Farm Bureau Annual meeting
n Nov. 6: farm visits and Van Buren County Fann Bureau Annual meeting
!_______ Nov. 28-30: MFB State Annual Meeting, Grand Rapids, MI round table discussions and speaking to a large gathering of Farm Bureau members.
Thank you so much for your help! Please let me know your thoughts and if you have any questions. If the Administrator is interested in a visit to Michigan and none of those dates work for his schedule, please let me know and we would be more than happy to make other arrangements for his visit to be impactful.

Hi Sydney, I received your contact information from my colleagues at American Farm Bureau Federation and left you a voicemail. I am following up with an email in hopes you can help me with the best email address to reach Administrator Pruitt, so we can send him a letter from Michigan Farm Bureau and the Michigan Chamber of Commerce. The letter regards EPA's review of Michigan's delegated authority for managing Part 404 of the Clean Water Act. Administrator Pruitt has met with staff from our state's Department of Environmental Quality,

who have alerted him to the concern Michigan agencies and organizations have with the EPA's review, and he has asked for those concerns to be sent to him.
Could you let me know which email Administrator Pruitt would prefer for us to reach him with this letter? Thank you for your help! Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
