MEMORANDUM
F . U1
TUB MOTHER OF ALL PICNICS
1. All former Circle "W" workers and customers are
invited to a big Fourth of July fish fry. 60 ,000 smoked
micro-fish will be cooked and served.
There will be
fireworks. The micro-fish were caught in 1987 by Jeffrey J.
Bair/ who also worked for the owner of the pond, Circle "WM .
Mr. Bair and his boss judged that the micro-fish were perfect
candidates for the smokehouse. The micro-fish had real smoking
potential M l However, after weighing the 60/000 micro-fish,
Mr. Bair and his boss discovered they had criminal and civil
liability. They had exceeded their bag limit, even though the
micro-fish came from Circle "W H's private pond. Mr. Bair and
Circle " W
decided to remove the micro-fish from the
smokehouse and place them permanently in the deep freezer to
avoid discovery, penalties, fines, and the loss of Mr. Bair's fishing license.

One day, after being invited into Circle "W"'s kitchen,
individuals smelled something dubious and discovered the frozen,
smoked micro-fish.
Someone in the kitchen had left the
freezer door open.
The individuals got the smoked micro-fish and shared the
catch with others. Picnics were planned by everyone who got
the smoked micro-fish.
The heads of the smoked micro-fish will be served to
Circle W on a platter, garnished with condiments of every type
and description.
While everyone will surely remember the
smoked taste, Mr. Bair and Circle "W", who handled the micro-
fish for years may become nauseous from overexposure.
Larry "The Judge" McKinney will also be on hand for the
event to hand down the long overdue, but certainly much
deserved, award of merit in the tradition of Paul Wright to
Jeffrey J. Bair and Circle "W" for the prize catch of smoked
micro-fish.
