Dear Sean, Lori, and Stephanie,
On behalf of the Pre-Remedial Design Group (Pre-RD group), attached is a draft scoping memorandum describing our proposed Pre-RD scope of work activities. The Pre-RD group, consisting of 9 industrial parties, is aiming to expedite eight field and analysis activities in the next two years to understand current conditions, refine the remedial footprint, and assist with allocation. The studies are closely aligned with EPA's pre-design sampling objectives. With your help, our goal is to complete them by June 2019.
We look forward to discussing the proposed scope of work with you on June 14 from 10 am to 3 pm at the office of FOX ROTHSCHILD (1001 Fourth Avenue, Suite 4500). We'll set up a WebEx and have a powerpoint presentation to assist our discussions.
