It has nothing to do with the Trade Marks registered by the United States. Ton can rest assured that we recognise the ownership of the Anaconda Lead Products Company of the trad* mark "Anaconda," and have not the slightest intention of doing anything to interfere with that trade mark. It would seem to me that the simplest thing to do would be to giro yen an assignment of any supposed right we may hare, and this could be registered with the Trade Mark Bureau of the Hational P.O.fc T.Assn.
