I hope this note finds you well. I am writing to request a meeting with the Administrator on behalf of my client, the American Coalition for Clean Coal Electricity (ACCCE). The purpose of the meeting is to introduce ACCCE's new CEO, Paul Bailey, and discuss various policy initiatives.
By way of background, ACCCE is a partnership of the industries involved in producing electricity from coal. It's membership largely consists of coal producers, railroads and utilities.
