I direct your attention to the following sections: Sections H.3.c.(1),(2),(3) and (4) [page 7], which define small-scale, short duration operations. Section H.3.d.(4) [page 8], which instructs the inspector to review the employer's asbestos maintenance program required by Appendix G of the standard if the employer asserts that the operation is small-scale, short duration. Section H.4.a. [page 9], which acknowledges the results of the K-2 test, an analysis to which the manufacture of the K-2 test admits false positive results.
