QUANTITY shall be a minimum of 120,000 pounds and a maximum of225,000 pounds. 2. PRICE in cents per pound for 35 pound bags in shrink-wrapped pallet loads shall be -50 cents for truckload shipments (17 pallets) . "There will, be no additional' charge.for shrink-wrap. Operation of that portion of Paragraph 1 of the Terms and Conditions which provides for price changes shall remain suspended during 198^, i.e., price for truckload quantities shall not be subject to increase by Seller during 1985. The results of this program have been dramatically successful and in 1985 we will be taking our program one step further. During 1985 we are expanding our Statistical Quality Control Program to include raw materials. As a potential supplier to Celanese in 1985 we may meet with you to establish targets and ranges for your products which would indicate control of your manufacturing processes which would insure lot-to-lot consistancy for Celanese.
