I think I had better describe my problem and offer a suggestion or two. I had expected to leave here on December 29 to fly to Palm Beach with Mrs. Kehoe and remain there until January 25th, when I would be prepared to go with your driver to Dayton and to testify on the 26th. If I must plan to be in Dayton on the 24tM or 25th, I must fly home on the day before. This, I can do, if necessary, and I could stay overnight in Dayton on the 24th or the 25th and return home oa the 25th or the 26th, dependent upon the day of my testimony - with thi^ ttme^ in Dayton, you could interview me at your convenience or you could come to Cincinnati in the afternoon on the 23rd (the day I plan to return from Palm Beach) to go over the case with me. I cannot conveniently be here on the 19th. Furthermore, Mrs. Kehoe will be with me in Palm Beach and she will expect to return to Cincinnati when I do. X should explain that I had a serious illness and nearly died, despite the fact that I had a minute hemorrhogic lesion, and little or no disability after the absorption of the blood clot. The locus of the lesion (and not the size) was the problem.
