Various detailed reports are attached which will present pretty clearly his philosophy. Because of the prominence he has given to the aspects of tetraethyl lead, we are being pressed repeatedly by major customers on the West Coast to render an.opinion or take some action. I realize that this is not a matter that can be handled by mail and I would appreciate very much getting together with you in Cincinnati some time next week.
