Enclosed is a preliminary budget proposal for AACPP programs and services for fiscal year 1983. Projections for Public Affairs, Technical Affairs and International Affairs Programs (Schedule A) are "rough estimates," developed pending resolution of member company finan cial commitment and Board of Directors input on program priorities, strategies, funding levels and terms.
