Su n Ra y C o m p a n y B ronx, N ew Y ork February 20, 1969 Robert A. Kehoe, M.D. University of Cincinnati Kettering Laboratory Eden and Bethesda Avenues Cincinnati, Ohio 45219 Dear Dr. Kehoe: Thank you for your letter of February 17th and the copy of your letter of transmittal to Dr. Fitzhugh. We have passed on to our members copies of your research report and we all feel that an outstanding job has been done by you and your associates. If you will let us know what costs are still unreimbursed, we will be glad to take care of them promptly. If you think that this is the appropriate time to take some action in connection with supporting the Kettering Laboratory, please advise us. After the original Dr. Lovenstein report was submitted to Dr. Fitzhugh*s office, more than a year elapsed before we heard from the FDA. Although it is often thought that no news is good news, we are anxious to remove the cloud that has been hovering over our little industry and the sooner this can be done, the happier we will be. I sincerely hope that you are enjoying your stay in San Francisco and I presume that we will hear from you shortly after your return to Cincinnati. With every good wish, Cordially yours, COMMITTEE OF THE PROGRESSIVE JG: js H Z 0013172
