MAR 005448 HEAVY DUTY 4 - STATION ,.p rvi dti \fy m - '> jptrij $ BRAKE RELINER The iModel E has always been recognized in automotive circles as being the finest and strongest ail purpose brake teliner of the heavy duty type. It permits the relining of car and truck brake shoes with original factory accuracy. It handles tubular or solid brake lining rivets with ease and time saving speed. Massive in design and construction, it is the ideal machine for shops handling a large volume of brake repair and clutch facing work. The head is of the multiple type which eliminates the necessity for changing tooling when switching from delining to riveting operations. Old rivets are knocked out and fall into a self-contained old rivet collector. Riveting throat is 7 inches deep permitting the handling of any size brake shoe as well as small diameter bands. The countersink drills are operated at a speed of 3,000 R.P.M. and the depth of the countersink is con trolled through automatic stops. The rubber mounted cushion abrasive is direct connected to the motor and the new and im proved method of increasing suction through the dust collector eliminates occupational hazards where large volume work is done. GRIZZLY No. 54 DEUNER AND RIVETER This two-purpose unit is identical to the Model B Ma chine except chat the combination driller-grinder is elim inated. The toggle design in the head develops such great leverage in relationship to actual foot pressure that delining and riveting, involving use of 3/16" and 9/M" brake lining and clutch plate rivets, are simple easy operations. Anvil height is adjustable by means of two knurled locking nuts on the anvil holder. Knock out and riveting tools are locked in position by means of an Allen Wrench. The deep throat permits handling all small diameter bands as well as regular brake shoes and clutch plates. Ten tools for 9/M" and 3/16" rivets are furnished as standard equip ment.
