I mistakenly assumed from a hurried glance at the ac companying letter from the Hew York office that you had already been given UK inswer Th to let you know that the records of the Ethyl1 Corporation indicate that this grade of Sinclair gasoline in the area near Syracuse during the past year con tained quantities of tetraethyl lead that varied between .92 and 2.0 c.c. per gallon. 'This, Q3 you will see, is well below the maximum concentration of 3 c.c. per gallon, as referred to in my earlier letter to you. This fact only means that the opportunities for lead exposure were even less than if pre mium gasoline had been used.
